EXPERIENCE

Dr. Bentolila has arbitrated high-value contract and investment treaty disputes under a variety of applicable laws (civil law, common law, international law) and under all major arbitral fora such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA).  She has experience in many different industries and sectors, including construction, energy, chemical, pharmaceutical, consumer products, telecommunications and finance.

Dr. Bentolila has also provided advisory services to private clients, international organizations, non-governmental organizations and governments on public international law issues.
